My research focuses on galaxy evolution at high redshift. I work with JWST and HST imaging and slitless spectroscopy, and I’m interested in how machine learning, in particular self-supervised learning, can help us infer galaxy properties from these data.
My master’s thesis, supervised by Dr. Ivelina Momcheva and Dr. Morgan Fouesneau, develops a multi-modal model for JWST imaging and spectra. For my bachelor’s thesis, I studied spatially resolved dust attenuation in galaxies at cosmic noon.
